ORDERING POLICY
Because some items are limited editions, an item can be suddenly sold thus making
it unavailable for purchase. If an item that you have ordered is not available,
we will quickly notify you by email or telephone and explain the status of its
availability. At that time we will request your directions for the balance of
the order.
SALES POLICY
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Diner’s Club
credit cards. We do not accept personal checks, Money Orders or Cashier's Checks.
All orders are required to be prepaid before shipment. All orders are processed
within 48 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays).
Purchases made by credit card are not charged to your credit card until the items
are actually packaged and ready for shipment.
California Sales Tax (8.5%) will be automatically added to orders shipped to California
address.
SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the
item and will appear on the order form before credit card information is required.
All shipments outside of the United States must be arranged individually. Please
call 415-474-5044 to arrange for international orders.
